Do you make custom orders?

Yes, we make custom orders. You can purchase a custom necklace here or a custom keyring here. If you have something else in mind, please contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Where is Belle Regalia based?

We are based in Melbourne, Australia where we handmake everything.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries, in fact there hasn't been a country that we can't ship to so far. 

Do your items come with tracking?

No, but this can be purchased at checkout. In order to keep our shipping affordable we only offer tracking if the customer is willing to purchase it. Our items are able to be shipped as small letters which saves us and our customers a lot. A photo is always taken before the item is shipped off with a timestamp to ensure customers that their item has been shipped off. In over 300+ sales, not a single item has gone missing.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic shipping (i.e within Australia) usually takes a week, sometimes less. Express shipping can be purchased.

International shipping usually takes 3-4 weeks for U.S, 2-3 weeks for Europe and 4+ weeks for the UK & Canada. Please note that international customs can hold packages for 10 weeks, though this is rare. Tracking can be purchased upon checkout for an additional cost. Express is unavailable internationally. If you are in the U.K. or Europe, some countries add customs fees to the package. This is out of our control and dictated by your country.
